One contact partner - IMC
All the patient has to do is approach an IMC staff member by phone, email or in person and give them their information. From this point on, we are the ones who complete all the formalities: we contact the insurer, verify the scope of the policy, prepare and send the necessary documents. Medical care is organized in terms of outpatient, inpatient, dental, psychological and psychiatric treatment, along with the possibility of hospitalization.
We settle services on a cashless basis - directly with the insurer.
IMC - patient comes first
The staff supports the patient at every stage of the diagnostic and therapeutic pathway, and all care is supervised by a doctor. Our medical and service team is fluent in English, so the patient always receives full information about his or her condition.
