Lazurowa Medical Center is located at 71 a Lazurowa Street in Warsaw, on the second floor of the City Park retail and service building.

The facility is located in the Bemowo district, not far from the bus depot of the Górczewska estate and the "Górczewska" park, and the Metro is also under construction.
