We invite our patients to take advantage of medical services at the Damian Medical Center at 36 Al. Zjednoczenia (corner of Al. Zjednoczenia and Kasprowicza Street). The facility is located in Warsaw's Bielany district, near the Stare Bielany Metro station (M1 line). The clinic is located in the Bielany Business Center building on the 1st floor. Patients have an underground parking lot at their disposal, the entrance to which is from Al. Zjednoczenia.

There are two entrances to the facility: entrance A - to the adult part of the clinic, and entrance B - to the pediatric part.

Below the clinic, on the first floor, there is the Damian Medical Center Pharmacy, which is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

On an area of more than 700 sqm, we have 21 consultation and treatment rooms at the disposal of our patients. In the adult section, there are 14 medical offices, including medical offices, an ultrasound room, an Intake Point and a treatment room, and in the pediatric section there are two medical offices and one treatment room where vaccinations for children are performed.

The Intake Point is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The manager of the Unification Avenue Medical Center is medical doctor Izabela Fengler.

We offer:

consultations of the NFZ primary care physician,
specialist consultations,
appointments with a travel medicine doctor with the possibility of vaccinations recommended for tourists,
a wide range of diagnostic tests including, but not limited to: laboratory tests, ultrasound in a wide range, ECG and RR Holter, ECG examination, allergy tests, ambulatory cystoscopy, hearing tests, mycological tests,
treatments in the field of dermatology - cryotherapy and elctrocoagulation of lesions,

Primary Health Care services are provided from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

We also provide vaccinations against COVID-19 as part of the National Immunization Program.
