Who can get free rehabilitation?
The program aimed to help adults who experience a variety of problems after recovering from COVID-19. To undergo rehabilitation, you should fulfill those criteria:
- you live in the Masovian Voivodeship,
- you have proven confirmation of COVID-19 infection in the past (positive RT-PCR or a certificate from doctor),
- you experience long-term symptoms after COVID-19 (symptoms that last from 4 to 12 weeks) or post-COVID conditions (a wide range of new, returning, or ongoing symptoms that last longer than 12 weeks and are not the result of another diagnosis).
No referral is required for rehabilitation. The physiotherapist will select the appropriate program during consultation.
